Presby’s Executive Director of Housing and Land Development discussed how the federal tax overhaul could affect affordable housing inventory in Philadelphia and Pennsylvania

In a Philadelphia Inquirer story published on Feb. 23, Presby’s Executive Director of Housing and Land Development Vidhi Anderson provided her insight on how the recent federal tax overhaul could change the affordable housing inventory in Philadelphia and Pennsylvania.

Along with representatives from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, Project HOME and Pennrose property management, Anderson shared her expertise on how tax credits for affordable housing will be affected by the tax reform.

“With this new tax overhaul, I think, you can very safely say that the market, the pie, is going to shrink considerably,” Anderson said.
