Rydal Park’s “Day of Inspiration” Includes Month-Long Food Drive

Community members can donate non-perishables for Abington Interfaith Cupboard at Rydal Park through April 29
RYDAL, PENNSYLVANIA (APRIL 6, 2015): As part of the 60th anniversary celebration of its parent organization, Presby’s Inspired Life, Rydal Park continuing care retirement community in Abington Township is conducting a food drive during the month of April. The food drive is Rydal Park’s contribution to Presby’s Inspired Life’s company-wide “Day of Inspiration” on April 30.
Rydal Park residents and community members can donate non-expired, non-perishable food items that will be transported on April 30 to Abington Interfaith Cupboard, which relies on donations to help provide food security to hundreds of local, low-income families. The donations can be made inside the main entrance of Rydal Park, located at 1515 The Fairway in Jenkintown (next to Whole Foods) through Wednesday, April 296
Presby’s Inspired Life is a regional leader in senior living, offering continuing care and Affordable Housing to more than 3,000 residents in 31 communities throughout the Delaware Valley. Each of its locations will be engaged in service work throughout the month of April as part of the Presby’s Inspired Life 60thAnniversary Day of Service event.
