On Thursday, June 11 residents from Rydal Park, Rosemont Presbyterian Village, Presby team members, corporate partners, foundations and members of the Presby’s Inspired Life Board of Directors gathered for the annual President’s Circle reception at Rydal Park.

The President’s Circle recognizes individuals, corporations and/or foundations whose cumulative philanthropic giving totals $10,000 or more.

In 2014, Presby attracted approximately $1.3 million in gifts from 3,196 donations, which were received from more than 700 donors. This year, Presby is working to build upon those figures in celebration of the 60th Anniversary, but more profoundly, to ensure the unparalleled comfort for those the ministry serves.

2015 is a year of many milestones made memorable through private gift support. Milestones such as:

  • Completion of the memory support unit at Spring Mill Presbyterian Village.
  • The creation of a new Meditation Room at Rydal Park.
  • The unveiling of a state-of-the art auditorium at Rosemont.
  • And continued support for low-income residents within our Affordable Housing sites.

Philanthropy is critical to these efforts and it is more important than ever if we are to realize the full vision of our ministry.

The evening also officially established the newest giving society. “The Chairman’s Circle.”

“The Chairman’s Circle,” is a new society comprised of individuals, corporations, faith leaders and foundations that represent the pinnacle of philanthropy. The Chairman’s Circle recognizes supporters whose cumulative lifetime giving to Presby’s Inspired Life has reached or exceeded $50,000. To date, Presby is proud to salute 39 members who have served as long-term members of the President’s Circle and magnified their commitment to reach this benchmark in philanthropy.
